Grand Hotel Europe offers holiday dishes

25 December in Grand Hotel Europe restaurants will be served holiday dishes from chef-cook Dominique Fersho.
The holiday menu is very tasty and 5 plus star evaluated.
In restaurant “Rossi” – “terrin from rabbit stuffed with chestnuts, cabbage and red onion with raspberry sauce”, “Pasta tortellini with home bouillon from goose liver”, “roasted pork sirloin with fennel pie and orange sauce”.
In “Ikornij bar” – “hot smoking sturgeon with vegetable garnish”, “venison with white mushrooms”, “with berries, chocolate sauce and vanilla ice-cream”.
