A new General Consul of Finland is assigned in Saint-Petersburg. Olli Perheentupu entered upon his duties after New Year parties.
Olli Perheentupu was born in Turku (Finland) in 1947. In 1994-1997 he worked as a Consul in a General Consulate of Saint-Petersburg, in 1997-2002 worked as a Counselor in a Finnish Consulate in Moscow. Since then Olli Perheentupu maintained a post of a chief of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland by the issues of Russia, as informs IA Regnum.
On 28 July 2007 died previous General Consul of Finland in Saint-Petersburg Uhany Vayanyanen. Since then Uhany Youtsen, deputy of General Consul attended his duties.
