On the 24-th of April in hotel "Holiday Club St. Petersburg" will be held a meeting of American beef connoisseurs. US Meat Export Federation and "Grand Foods " under the support and presence of the General Consul of United States, Mary Krueger will lead the meeting, which is supposed to renew Russian interest to the marble meat and influence on its appearance in the city's restaurants.
Famous restaurateurs, hotel business managers, as well as leading importers of meat industry and best city's chief-cooks will take part in the meeting.
