In a month stops to work an international sector of Pulkovo-I. It will be on reconstruction for an uncertain period of time. During the reconstruction all international flights will be made by general international terminal Pulkovo-2. Terminal change will be made on the 30-th of March.
Now Pulkovo-I terminal, besides internal flights, makes a number of CIS flights, some charter flights and flights of budgetary airlines Germanwings, Air Berlin and Wind Jet. Other international flights are made from Pulkovo-2 terminal.

WH bar opened on the place of «Saigon»
On the place of legendary «Saigon» on Nevsky prospect opened Hi-tech bar «WH». It opened on the New Year's Eve, but official opening was celebrated on the 14-th of February. Loud party visited famous actor Aleksandr Polovtsev, Oleg Garkusha, residents of Comedy Club Piter and blues-jazz “Billy’s Band”. Free whiskey was served specially for the guests of the party and was prepared special entertaining program.
Entrance to WH bar is from Nevsky prospect, down to constructor ladder to the spacious premises. Interior of WH bar is made in silver and dark tree colors. First part of bar hall is a dance floor, on the left — dark tree tables, chairs with silver seats and soft sofas near walls. Swedish kings’ road
A new unusual excursion appeared in Leningradskaya area “Swedish kings’ road”. Kings’ road in XV century started on Russian territory near Nienshanz fortress, passed through territory of modern Shuvalovo-Ozerki and Primorskoe highway, connecting Swedish fortresses. All historical events on Karelskiy neck during centuries happened around this territory – from Novgorod republic to Winter war.
Program of two-day tour includes the repetition of Swedish kings’ road – visit to the residence of Otto Kuusinen’s government and the only acting Lutheran church, built by Joseph Stenbeck, mansion house Mariyoki not far from Serovo. You will have an opportunity to visit fort’s battery Ino in Privetinskoe, grounded in honor of Russian army temple of St. Nikolas the Miracle-Worker and museum of local history in Koyvisto (Primorsk), situated in Lutheran church, which used to visit Russian tsar Nicolay II.
In Viborg for travellers is organized a review excursion around the city, to Viborgskiy palace and park Monrepo. The last district of the first excursion day “Kings’ roads” is settlement Torfyanovka, where a group will stay for the night. On the next day it is planned to visit fortress Korela (Priosersk). Rout will be finished by Tiverskoe ancient settlement.

Registration fee in Astoria and Angleterre

DINA football club stayed in Lancaster Court Hotel
In the beginning of February Lancaster Court Hotel (Fokina Street, 3) met special guests – DINA football club, the most titled mini-football club in the country. Football club visit to Saint-Petersburg was planned in borders of Russia’s Championship 2007/2008. 7 films about love
The French Movie Festival 2008, organized by St. Petersburg’s French Institute, began Thursday and takes place nightly at 7 p.m. until February 13 at the Rodina Cinema. “Seven Films about Love” will be shown in borders of festival.
Actress Julie Depardieu — daughter of Gerard Depardieu — takes part in two of the films in the program and will be in St. Petersburg on Wednesday to introduce “You and Me,” the festival’s closing film, in person.
The films in the program are presented in French with Russian subtitles. The ninth Laureus World Sports Awards Ceremony 2008 will pass in the Concert Hall of the Mariinsky Theater in St. Petersburg on Feb.18. The names of the world’s best sportsman and woman are to be announced there.
The ceremony is to be translated in more than 180 countries and will be attended by world’s best sportsmen and women nominated for the awards, as well as the 43 famous athletes who will judge the ceremony. Olympic legend Edwin Moses already committed to attending the event in Russia. The jury will be joined by such sport legends as German tennis player Boris Becker, Russian pole-vaulter Sergei Bubka, Romania-born gymnast Nadia Comaneci and many others. Ukrainian boxer Vitaly Klichko and Russian gymnast Alexei Nemov will also attend the event.

New 5-star hotel complex will be opened in Saint-Petersburg
One of the leading companies in Spain Hesperia Hotels will open a 5-star hotel complex in St. Petersburg, Russia. Traditionally days of Scotland will pass in Northern capital from 2-7 February. Representatives of “Saint-Petersburg’s forum”, World federation of Robert Burns, Burns club in Grinnok, social organization “Women of the World”, association of Scottish artists “Primera”, members of “Rotari” club from Pejsly will participate in events of “days of Scotland”.
